The angle of inclination of the Cruster® can be freely adjusted
This position is ideal for preparing crispy steaks, pork belly and for gratinating, roasting and caramelising food in general. The extremely hot temperatures produce an excellent crust in a very short time without drying out the food.
Baking is also easy for the Cruster®. In an angled position, it acts as the perfect source of top heat. If you combine the burning power of the Cruster® with bottom heat and a pizza stone, it is possible to bake pizzas in less than two minutes, even with the cooking bonnet open.
The ceramic burner in the vertical position is ideal for rotisserie grilling: whether gyros, kebabs, grilled chicken or a crispy duck - the Cruster® always produces an incredibly good crust.
