We are big seafood fans and one fish in particular has taken our fancy: tuna. But not from a can, but fresh as Tuna Tataki. The tuna steak is first wrapped in sesame seeds and then fried very briefly. An absolute highlight!

By the way, if you are unsure because the tuna is still raw on the inside, you should definitely buy sushi quality tuna.
Of course, the quality also pays off in terms of taste.
300 gram sushi quality tuna steak
1 tablespoon sesame
Pickled ginger
Wasabi
Soy sauce
1
Sprinkle the tuna with sesame seeds on both sides and press down lightly. In the meantime, place the reversible cast iron grill pan over the Turbo Zone and heat up.
2
After the heating phase, sear the tuna steak on both sides for approx. 1 minute.
3
The sesame seeds should be lightly toasted and the steak only lightly browned. The tuna remains raw on the inside.

Then cut the tuna into slices and serve with the pickled ginger, wasabi and a little soy sauce. Enjoy your meal!
